Well Dressed Food Chicken Satay Spicy Asian Peanut Sauce

Our Spicy Asian Peanut Sauce pairs perfectly with grilled chicken.  If you don’t want to fire up the grill, you can cook the chicken in the oven or in a grill pan on the stove.  You can serve each skewer with the peanut sauce on the side, or brush the sauce over each skewer before you serve.

2 pounds boneless/skinless chicken breasts
Olive oil
Kosher Salt
Freshly Ground Black Pepper
1 jar Spicy Asian Peanut Sauce


Coat chicken breasts with olive oil and generously season with salt and pepper on both sides. Grill breasts for 10 minutes on each side (until cooked through) and remove to cool. Slice breasts into ½ inch thick slices and skewer with wooden sticks. Serve with Spicy Asian Peanut Sauce for dipping.
