Sweet or Savory Jam Vinaigrette

Well Dressed Food Savory Jam Vinaigrette

We’ve found that many people are intimidated by making a home made vinaigrette.  Truth is, it is extremely simple and almost foolproof once you learn the process.  Our sweet and savory jams allow you to quickly create very complex, flavorful dressings that will impress your guests.

1/4 cup Sweet Onion Jam, Rosemary Riesling Jam, or Mcintosh Hot Pepper Jam
1/4 to 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
Kosher Salt
Freshly ground black pepper

Place jam in a mixing bowl along with a pinch of salt & pepper. Slowly pour in olive oil while whisking constantly. Serve over your favorite greens or use as a marinade for chicken, pork or fish.

Will keep in the refrigerator for 2 weeks.

We’ve paired the sweet flavor of our favorite McIntosh apples with hot and sweet peppers to create this unique jam. This jam is wonderful served over cream cheese, goat cheese or within Brie surrounded with puffed pastry.

We love to mix with a drizzle of olive oil to create a marinade for chicken or pork. Also is a great addition to homemade salad dressing!
