Decadent Chocolate Moose Brownies

This recipe was centered around Well Dressed Foods Chocolate Moose topping. The topping itself is so flavorful, I have never tasted anything like it and wanted that taste to be the key ingredient of a brownie recipe in which I created. This rich, moist and quite flavorful brownie is something that goes above and beyond your sweet tooth’s craving. Pour a glass of cold milk and enjoy, it’s worth it!

Ingredients:
2- 1 oz. squares of unsweetened chocolate
1/4 Cup. butter - unsalted
1 tsp. instant coffee
3 tsp. hot water
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 1/2 Cup granulated sugar
1 (10.7 oz) jar of Well Dressed Food Chocolate Moose
1 Cup flour
1/4 tsp. salt

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Grease an 8 x 8 pan. Melt chocolate and butter in a saucepan over low heat, set aside. Combine coffee and hot water in a mug and pour into melted chocolate and butter. In a mixer, beat eggs, vanilla extract and sugar. Blend in melted chocolate mixture, chocolate moose, flour and salt until just mixed. Pour into prepared pan. Bake for approximately 25 to 30 minutes. Do not overbake as you want the brownies to be moist. You can serve these slightly warm or completely cooled.
