As great as the main course may be, your guests will always
remember dessert. Make it one they won't soon forget with this dreamy collection
of sweet Adirondack toppings.
We think that this selection of Well Dressed products would
make a perfect contribution to dessert for guests at Camp Topridge.
Since
ice cream is everyone's favorite dessert, this gift basket includes a deluxe ice
cream scoop for piling it high in your favorite bowls. Assortment includes
Chocolate Moose, Strawberry-Raspberry Conserve, Pecans in North Country Honey,
Walnuts in Buckwheat Honey and Adirondack Crunchy Granola. This supreme
Adirondack
indulgence is attractively packaged in our tree bark basket.
Camp
Topridge
was built in 1920's by Marjorie Merriweather Post, cereal heiress and the
world's wealthiest woman. The camp included 207 acres, 68 buildings, a massive
lodge and one of the most beautiful boathouses in the Adirondacks.
Accessible
only by water, guests arrived at a nearby airport by private jet, took a
limousine to the lake, crossed the lake on Mrs. Post's yacht and took a
funicular to the top of the ridge.
What a trip it must have been!
Upon
arriving at this lavish wilderness retreat, each guest had a private cabin with
a footman and a maid so they could fully enjoy the "simple" life at camp. What
could be a more fitting to
Camp Topridge
than this decadent collection of dessert toppings?
We're sure Mrs. Post would approve!
