Perfect Grilled Baby Back Ribs

Well Dressed Food Baby Back Ribs Firepit Grilling Sauce

We think these are the best baby back ribs you’ll ever try. The long, slow cooking in the oven before grilling keeps them very moist and the tender meat will fall off of the ribs. The final grilling will seal in the flavor and create a perfect blackened crust.

Ingredients:
4 slabs baby back ribs
4 limes, juiced
1 tin Firepit Dry Rub
1 far Firepit Grilling Sauce

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 300 degrees.

Have your butcher remove the tough membrane from the back of the ribs. Slather the front and back of each slab with lime juice. Coat all sides of ribs with a generous amount of Firepit Dry Rub. Place ribs on a large sheet pan and cover with foil. Bake for 4 hours.

Preheat grill. Brush top side of ribs with Firepit Grilling Sauce and grill over medium high heat for 5 minutes. Brush bottom side of ribs generously with sauce, turn and grill for another 5 minutes. Serve with extra Sauce for dipping.
