Well Dressed Food will host one of the ‘FlavorStations’ at The Wild Center’s upcoming FlavorFest. We’ll be cooking up our best selling North Country Oatmeal Pancakes, and will serving these with fruit syrups made from our Strawberry-Raspberry Conserve, Wild Blueberry-Apple Conserve and Cranberry-Apple Conserve.
Pick up your Food Passport when you arrive and join celebrated Chef Phil Smith and his friends for FlavorFest on August 11, 2011. Smoked Trout, summer beer, Kilcoyne beef with maple glaze…and more tastes than we can list. Phil has two passions, great food and the Adirondacks. He knows the local food scene from farm to table, and will direct this all day celebration of the rich tastes of local food and fare. There will be local breweries, local artisanal suppliers and all day fun for kids. Each visitor will get a Passport good for all the tasting stations, and for valuable food event discounts after FlavorFest. There will be local flavors the whole family will enjoy.
