Adirondack Honey with Nuts & Goat Cheese

This very simple dish will always amaze your guests.

Ingredients:
1 11oz. log of plain Montrachet/Chevre (Goat Cheese)
1 jar Pecans in Adirondack Honey or Walnuts in Buckwheat Honey

Instructions:
Place the room-temperature goat cheese on a serving platter (with edges) and spoon the jar of nuts and honey over the cheese. Serve with plain water crackers.
