We love this side salad. Even after growing up in the south, I had no idea that you could eat the greens of beets. Turns out, they are amazing and this dish really highlights them.
We discovered Fried Artichoke Hearts at a recent wine festival…we were in love after the first bite. This is our version using our amazing Firepit Dry Rub and Hot Tomato Jam. These work great as a side dish or as an appetizer.
Our Spicy Asian Peanut Sauce pairs perfectly with grilled chicken. If you don’t want to fire up the grill, you can cook the chicken in the oven or in a grill pan on the stove. You can serve each skewer with the peanut sauce on the side, or brush the sauce over each skewer before you serve.
This is one of those recipes that make your guests think that you spent hours in the kitchen. Serve with water crackers or pulled bits of french bread.
